How do I opt-out of receiving communications?

To opt out of receiving communications via email, text message (SMS) and post, simply:

1) Go to ‘My Account’.

2) Click on ‘Manage Communications’.

3) Opt-out of the option of your choice.

You can opt back in at any time.
